De Beer Biltong started in 2003 in a butcher shop in Carindale shopping centre. From there it grew and in 2010 DBMC was founded in a factory in Capalaba. Our biltong recipe was created in 1970 by the De Beer family and has remained unchanged to this day.
We offer contract manufacturing, packing, logistics and stock control services. Custom recipe blending, full batch tracking, HACCP and Safe Food accreditation.
