Location and Home -Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine coast.
The Job: As a Registered Nurse you will use your clinical skills to deliver a person-centred care and service delivery for all Residents. Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for Residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
- Minimum of 12 months Aged Care Experience required
- You will have a passion for Aged Care industry
- Complete all training as required.
- High level of English skills written and verbal.
- Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members, residents and their family/friends / visitors
