You will oversee residential insurance repair projects, coordinating trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects running on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise residential insurance repair and restoration projects
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet quality standards
- Manage project timelines and communicate updates to internal teams
- Ensure health and safety requirements are maintained on site
- Provide technical guidance to trades where required
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience
- Looking to move into a Supervisor / Foreman type role
- Strong understanding of building processes and trades coordination
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and maintain high quality standards
- Experience in insurance repairs or maintenance work is advantageous
