SENIOR 12D DESIGNER - Strong demand in SEQ
This role suits a senior 12D designer who wants ownership, influence, and respect for their judgement.
• Senior-level 12D design across land development
• End-to-end involvement from concept to IFC
• MUSIC and drainage input with real influence
• Autonomy over design approach and documentation
You won’t be boxed into repetitive drafting. This is a role where experience is trusted and design judgement carries weight.
About you:
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience using 12D (including Music and Drains ideally).
- Strong background in CAD drafting and land subdivision design.
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role suits a seasoned civil designer who’s confident taking ownership of projects, applying strong 12D and subdivision design skills, and working autonomously to deliver high‑quality outcomes across the full land development lifecycle.
