The Opportunity
Hall Contracting
is currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team in the Pacific Islands. This role will involve contributing to upcoming coastal projects aimed at enhancing resilience and reducing vulnerability in the world's smallest and most vulnerable nations. As a Foreman, you’ll be responsible for providing operational supervision and support to crews operating in the Pacific region.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly reports and site staff meetings
- Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring they deliver on schedule
- Engage with and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Direct and mentor your team effectively
- Carry out duties in accordance with OH&S standards
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
About you
- Prior experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role (or similar)
- Proven expertise in earthworks, civil, or marine projects (essential)
- OHS White/Blue Card
- Experience working in remote locations
- Desire to learn and develop skills within the industry
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on safety
- Ability to operate civil and earthmoving equipment
