Job Title: General Practitioner - Boonah and Kalbar, Queensland.
Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 3 days).
Practice Information:
This Practice is a longstanding general practice with two integrated sites. They provide excellent orientation, practice facilities and support for the incoming doctor.
Boonah and Kalbar in south-east Queensland is 1 hour to Brisbane CBD, 80 minutes to Gold Coast. This location is DPA / MM5. Boonah district is a rural area on the fringe of Brisbane. Many beautiful national parks and lakes, high quality social infrastructure, schools, local hospital, allied health in the district. It is a wonderful area for families. There is little crime, no traffic lights and very friendly and respectful patients.
Position Description:
The Practice hope to find an applicant with excellent medical knowledge, communication skills and judgement. They hope to find an applicant with a long-term view. Part time would be considered as would a GP couple.
After Hours: One in five telephone on-call weeknights and weekends (no hospital work). One Saturday morning session in five.
Qualifications and Experience:
- FRACGP or FACRRM required
- GP Experience
- Medical Board Registration
