The Role
We’re seeking a capable and detail-driven Estimator with proven experience in commercial construction fit-outs and refurbishments. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, timely tenders that win work while maintaining excellent relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans and D&C tenders
- Measuring and pricing BOQs with precision
- Managing the tender process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Producing detailed and accurate budgets, quotes, and tender submissions
- Supporting the business with market insights and value engineering solutions
The Builder
A Queensland-based commercial construction business delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple industries, projects valued from $2M - $20M. The company maintains a strong pipeline of repeat clients and prides itself on steady, consistent delivery.

Are you suitable?
This role is best suited to an experienced Estimator who’s ready to step into a stable, long-term role within a respected fit-out specialist.
You’re likely to have:
- A Quantity Surveying or Estimating qualification (degree or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator in commercial construction (fit-out/refurb projects) for a head contractor
- A strong track record preparing tenders for projects above $3M in value
- The ability to read, interpret, and cost complex plans and specifications
- Excellent subcontractor networks in the Brisbane market
- Stability and progression in your past roles, this business values commitment
