Clinical Nurse – Community Palliative Care

⏱️ Permanent Part Time (32 hours per week)

Location: St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane (Kangaroo Point)

Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane team as a Clinical Nurse in our Community Palliative Care department at our spectacular Kangaroo Point location.

This is a part time position, working 32 hours per week. The role provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in their homes or community settings. This role focuses on symptom management, emotional support, and improving the quality of life for patients and their families. The nurse works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

Things that work for us:

• Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in a palliative care setting essential

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with others quickly

• Intermediate computer literacy

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends

• QLD driver’s licence with no restrictions
