The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Software Developer who’s ready to bring their .NET skills to the to the table. Reporting to a local Engineering Manager you'll help drive the development for our SaaS solutions across the region.

Your days will involve:

• Collaborating with the Engineering Manager and broader technical team to plan, code, and review features.
• Writing, test, and maintain high-quality, stable, and well-documented code (primarily in TypeScript, React, and .NET).
• Configuring system components, fix bugs, and monitor the technical performance of internal systems.
• Participating in daily stand-ups and development meetings to track progress and identify improvements.
• Supporting customers via the support ticket system, troubleshooting technical queries when needed.
• Contributing to documentation, knowledge-base, and internal training materials to share knowledge across the team.
• Upholding best practices in information security, compliance, and code quality.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Bring 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1-3 years in a technically similar role
• Have hands-on experience with .NET, TypeScript & React
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
• Are known for your ability to learn quickly, hit the ground running and perform independently
• Have a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.

Bonus points if you:

• Have knowledge of the aged or disability care sector
• Have previous experience with AlayaCare, Procura, disability software or similar products
• Have demonstrated experience with AI tools (Cursor) delivering development performance
