The Role:
Reporting to group owner, this role needs a hands on professional that is food and service focused to take the offering to a new level. With a reputation for friendly service and ensuring the best product is offered, this role with offer both challenge and reward.
What we seek includes:
* Previous experience as a General Manager in a higher volume, food and beverage focused venue
* Knowledge of all pub operations including F&B, compliance and dealing with licensing is necessary.
* Fantastic all round knowledge of operations, reporting, budgets and forecasting plus tech savvy!
* Are a true leader, not just a manager and dictator
* Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre
