We are looking for a Practice Manager or Senior Vet Nurse who has team management, strong leadership and team building skills, to join and lead a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service.
Eastwood House is a beautiful heritage listed building, fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, 2 consult rooms, surgery and prep room. We are a small close-knit team of 2 Vets and 3 Vet Nurses offering the best standards of care to our local and loyal client base of the Toowoomba region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of vets and nurses
Manage day-to-day clinic operations: scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service
Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable
Work with regional management to meet financial targets and manage clinic performance
