Seasonal F&B Senior

The Opportunity
Join the fun this holiday season as a Food and Beverage Senior! You’ll help keep things running like clockwork, serve up smiles with every order, and lead your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. With a focus on upselling and adding value to every interaction, you’ll also support your leader to ensure every shift runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be:
• Ensure your team are following the correct processes and procedures during their shift.
• Ensure your team are providing outstanding customer service and deal with any guest complaints or enquiries.
• Mentor, develop and train other employees as required.
• Apply and monitor food safety procedures and ensure your team display a high standard of cleanliness in the work area.
• Ensure your work environment is well presented at all times, including displays, signage and front of house areas.
• Operate cash registers, conduct end of day cash-up and monitor accurate cash handling procedures within your team.
• Assist with inventory management through effective stock control.
• Report any issues that may affect operations immediately to your outlet Leader/Supervisor.
