We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new BCF Toowoomba West store in March 2026! This large-format, big-box retail store will be a hub for outdoor enthusiasts, and we’re looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to lead the way. In this role, you’ll oversee a large team, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive, energetic culture that reflects the BCF brand. You’ll bring proven experience in big-box retail management, strong leadership skills, and a sales and customer-driven mindset.
