Shellby Power is seeking a full-time Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Archerfield QLD. The successful candidate will bring leadership, electrical industry experience, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude to our Operations Team.

Responsibilities:
Lead an electrical team that is building control and power systems as part of the company’s products.
Work closely with the Production Manager on schedules, deadlines, and quality assurance.
Monitor and manage electrical inventory levels to maintain production flow.
Diagnose, repair, and service electrical equipment.
Interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
Perform fault finding within power and control systems.
Support the HSEQ team with Health Safety Environment and Quality assurance initiatives and the development of internal HSEQ procedures and reports.
About the Successful Candidate:
Valid QLD electrical trade license.
Strong understanding of relay logic and control systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and fault-finding.
Strong communication skills for effective customer and staff interaction.
Positive outlook, reliability, and self-motivation.
Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings.
Current driver's license.
Strong safety awareness.
Attention to detail with organisation and problem-solving skills.
Full working rights in Australia.
Desired Experience:
Experience in Gas/Diesel Power Generators.
Service and breakdown experience.
Prior leadership experience.
