OUR FACILITIES:
Our company employs over 400 staff, across our growing national operations. Our Garbutt operation maintains an important stock holding and has the vehicles, tools and equipment needed to complete daily scheduled duties. Our team carry out vehicle fitments (in-house, dealerships, holding yards, local businesses), deliver and also onforward products both interstate and to remote locations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a keen, eager and reliable individual to assist in a dynamic role that includes:
- Pre-building, preparing and masking ute tray bodies and vehicle accessories
- Packaging products for remote/interstate freight onforwarding
- Loading and unloading company vehicles, for future runs/schedule duties
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess skills or experience in the following areas:
- Previous manufacturing or assembling experience, in a high-paced environment - highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in the auto paint prepping industry is highly regarded.
- A keen eye for detail, quality workmanship and willingness to work to targets.
- Hand and air tool skills - a must.
- Be willing to complete a colour vision test.
- Current Forklift ticket - highly regarded.
- Must be available to work day shift between 6:00am to 3:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
- Current C Class driver's license and reliable transport.
- Must be punctual, reliable and available for shift work as above.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- A great attitude to work and helping others.
- A current resume with 2 recent referees.
