In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will join the Agribusiness team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key agribusiness clients and referral partnersDeliver fully integrated financial solutions and risk management strategiesDrive new business acquisition and implement innovative sales campaignsCollaborate with senior leaders and external partners to enhance market presenceInfluence strategic direction and contribute to annual business planning

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Significant experience in agribusiness banking, with a strong track record in portfolio and relationship managementDeep understanding of agribusiness financial services, products, and risk managementProven ability to assess economic value and credit risk in complex lending scenariosStrong networking, sales, and stakeholder engagement skillsDegree qualified, ideally with a postgraduate professional qualificationA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone
