Location: Richlands (located on the traditional lands of the Jagara people)
Centre: Goodstart Richlands
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, 38hr Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: Up to $39.35 per hour + Super + Benefits

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Roster: Rotating shift roster (Must be able to open & close the centre)
Location: Between Richlands & the Inala area with short distance to major transport & road networks

You’ll need:
• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
