Care Manager – Northridge Aged Care (Toowoomba)

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to lead our dedicated clinical team at Northridge Aged Care, who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older people.. You’ll ensure residents receive exceptional person-centred care in line with quality and accreditation standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care.
• Manage care planning, medication management, and compliance.
• Mentor and guide nurses and care staff to build a strong, compassionate team.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to manage budgets and resources.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain accreditation standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• AHPRA-registered nurse qualification.
• Proven leadership experience in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care quality standards, regulatory requirement and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening.
• The ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families
