• Standard Consult $92.95
• Long Consult $135.95
• 3 RNs on at all times
• CDM Nurse
• 2 Treatment rooms
• Procedure room
• Dr owned group practice
• 13 Consulting rooms
• Allied Health on site
• Mixed billing
• 6 patients per hour
