Professional Certification Group provides building approval services throughout Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. The Company has offices in Hendra, Kingscliff, Melbourne and Sydney, and has a diverse client base.
Professional Certification Group are seeking to employ a full time Administration Officer for our Hendra office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lodging application and inspection documents, and relevant details onto the company's software package;
- Liaising with government bodies to ensure property searches and minor applications are processed in a timely manner;
- Receiving and checking certificates and inspection notices ensuring they are complete and accurate;
- Ensuring final certificates are issued as soon as all certificates and inspections are complete;
- Taking inspection bookings and organising inspection schedules so they are efficient and practical;
- Providing general advice to clients about the application process; and
- Fostering a positive and professional working relationship with clients.
Personal Qualities

- Able to multi-task;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Exceptional phone skills;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Construction or Building industry experience preferred but not required; and
- MS Suite knowledge.
