The Role

We’re looking for a financial professional with a love for forecasting and analysis to join our team on a 9-month contract. This role is responsible for providing critical financial support during a transition period, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and end-of-month reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the preparation and delivery of financial budgets and forecasts, collaborating with teams across the organisation.

✔ End-of-Month Reporting – Manage EOM processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and insightful variance analysis.

✔ Financial Analysis – Work with the Data, Insights & Finance Manager to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

✔ 3+ years’ experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.

✔ A degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA highly regarded).

✔ Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

✔ The ability to turn financial data into actionable insights.

✔ Excellent communication skills – you can collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

✔ Advanced in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

✔ A proactive mindset – you anticipate challenges and adapt to change easily.

✔ A team-first attitude – you enjoy working closely with others to achieve shared goals.
