What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the efficient allocation of courier jobs, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Overseeing the flow of imports and exports, handling a variety of freight – from small parcels to oversized shipments.
Liaising with drivers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate logistics effectively.
Utilizing freight management software (Freightracker or similar) to optimize scheduling.
Problem-solving in real time to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in a courier allocation, dispatch, or logistics role.
✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
✔ Confident communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Experience handling diverse freight types and adapting to changing conditions.
✔ Familiarity with freight management systems to streamline workflow.

Desirable But Not Essential:
➕ Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
