This business is one of Australia’s most dynamic mid tier civil mining Construction companies operating at a national level. On the civil side they handle a broad range of projects including ground works earthworks as well as major roads, bridges, pipelines, bulk earthworks and the list goes on.
As the head contractor they are managing sub contractors, piling crews and self preforming structures. This is a high profile job which requires a professional with experience delivering large concrete structures on TMR projects at a Supervisor level. The highest level of safety is required while supervising: Leading Hands, Formworks, Steel Fixers and direct Labour.
As Structures Foreman you will run your section of the project while reporting to the Superintendent, liaising and liaising with Engineers. Your duties include:
- Personnel & Subcontractor management
- Workplace Health & Safety initiatives
- Liaise closely with Management
- Ensure time & cost objectives are met for project deliverables
