We are currently seeking a driven and reliable Field Service Technician to join the team at Linde Material Handling. Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues.
Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal.
Use the Linde Service App to receive jobs from office and to log relevant information.
Customer Service and communication skills.
Manage Service Van Stock Levels and ensure proper maintenance and care of tools.
Liaise with the Service Allocators to confirm the jobs assigned every day and ensure all jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop.
Assist other service techs as required.
Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour issues in accordance with company policies and industrial agreements.
Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.
Requirements for success:
You will have a mechanical background, ideally having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive. We’re looking for a Technician who has a positive attitude to work, enjoy servicing and maintenance work and are willing to go the extra mile and become a valuable member of our Linde team.
