Tasks and responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Assisting customers with any sales related enquiries
- Preparing, emailing and following up quotes to customers and prospects
- Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop strong client relationships
- Disciplined time & task management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse and execute appropriate solutions
- Competitive nature and hunger for sales
- Proficient computer skills to work competently in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), with a minimum of 55 WPM at 95% accuracy
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Based in Lytton, QLD.
