Clinical Care Manager
The Opportunity:
Oversee a state of the art facility and be supported by an outstanding Facility Manager. With an excellent support structure in place you will have the resources available to really succeed at this home.
The Benefits:
- Full Time Mon - Fri position allowing you to have relaxing weekends
- $120 -132k + super + salary packaging (depending on experience)
- 5 weeks annual leave + Monthly RDO
- Staff structure: Facility Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Nurse and Registered Nurse
- Report to an experienced Facility Manager with a passion for the sector and the homes residents
- Work within a large fully accredited facility
- Huge resources at your disposal within this large NFP Aged Care organisation
The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for:
- Coordinating and providing clinical leadership to both the Clinical and Care teams in consultation with the Facility Manager
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable the facility to continue to deliver a high standard of care and services
- Significant management experience at Clinical Manager/Nurse level within a residential facility
- Current AHPRA Registration and Police checks
- Working knowledge of the Accreditation Standards
- Knowledge and working experience of AN-ACC
- Strong Clinical background and good understanding of aged care legislation
