Job Contract Engagement Officer

EPH are excited to announce that we are expanding our team in Queensland, as part of our growth in Queensland we are looking for a Contract Engagement Officer. They will focus on recruiting and onboarding new operators, managing contractor transitions, and ensuring smooth registration processes through in-person engagement. Additionally, It involves identifying and addressing supply challenges, engaging dormant operators, and conducting competitor analysis to attract talent. The position also has a heavy requirement in maintaining strong relationships with contractors and clients, tracking KPIs, and supporting targeted recruitment efforts through various initiatives. Additionally, the role includes planning and scheduling meetings, managing CRM updates, and having a basic understanding of onboarding systems like 3D Safety.

These duties included not limited to:

• Recruit and onboard new operators, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent;

• Manage contractor transitions and support their integration into EPH;

• Close out pending registration packs through in-person visits;

• Identify and address supply challenges with targeted recruitment strategies;

• Engage dormant operators and investigate reasons for inactivity;

• Conduct competitor analysis to understand contractor preferences and attract talent;

• Schedule and conduct meetings with competitor contractors to encourage engagement with EPH;

• Track and manage KPIs within the CRM system;

• Develop and execute referral initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts;

• Foster strong relationships with contractors and clients to meet project needs;

• Support targeted recruitment efforts through trade shows, advertisements, and on-site engagement (e.g., BBQs, coffee stalls);

• Plan and schedule weekly meetings, ensuring thorough documentation in the CRM;

• Maintain a basic understanding of onboarding systems like 3D Safety; and

• Travel to and from site to achieve the above-mentioned responsibilities.

All applicants must have:

• The ability to work full time (40 hours per week) between Monday to Friday;

• Strong relationship building and management skills;

• Sales and/or account management experience;

• Proven Intermediate computer literacy skills;

• A bright and positive personality, with a down-to-earth manner
