We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to become part of the Banjo’s team at our Park Ridge store.

The Opportunity

• Exceeding our customer’s expectations with fast and friendly service.
• Inspiring staff to achieve more through leading by example, consistency and communication.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with managing the front of house employees
• Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees.
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work.
• Be prepared to work across a range of shifts - Banjo’s stores operate 7 days a week, our sales team work between the hours of 4amuntil store close at 6pm, including weekends and public holidays

• You have a positive attitude and love working as part of a team
• You take pride in merchandising the café products
• You have experience in providing excellent customer service
• You are reliable, organised and a good communicator who supports their team mates
• You love a challenge at work where not every day is the same
