Job Site Manager

Looking for a Site Manager to join one of the most recognisable names in Commercial Construction in Rockhampton!

Our client is a well respected Tier 2 builder and has built a successful business off the back of their strong client relationships.

They specialise in commercial projects including education, child care, aged care and health. Due to recent project wins and a steady flow of work, their Rockhampton team require a dedicated Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Project Manager that has been with the company for years with prior experience working with this client.

Role:

The Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:

• Management of trades and subcontractors on site
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
• Approval of subcontractor invoices
• Long and Short term programming

Person:

• A stable career history within the construction industry
• Project Experience of $20m and above.
• Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid tier would be an advantage
• Previous experience on commercial projects
• The ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
