About Your New Role:

Join Cleanaway as a Territory Manager and take charge of developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships within the construction and demolition industry. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives and promoting our sustainable waste management solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in face-to-face new business development activities to expand our client base.
• Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Crafting and executing sales strategies that propel sales growth and market penetration.
• Delivering timely and accurate reports on business activities within your territory.
• Maintaining client details and effectively following up on leads using our CRM system (Salesforce).

Your Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for an energetic and results-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships and exceeding targets. While industry experience is a plus, we value people with the right mindset and passion for sales.

Key qualities we’re seeking include:

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• A proven track record in sales, consistently exceeding targets and driving business growth.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to support on-the-road client engagement.
• Resilience, persistence, and strong account management skills to nurture long-term partnerships.
• A proactive, energetic approach, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build lasting client relationships.
