Your Responsibilities:

• IN-OFFICE DUTIES ONLY!
• Overseeing and leading the leasing team
• Marketing properties for lease
• Scheduling inspection runs
• Application processing
• Providing open home feedback to landlords/PM’s
• Key management
• Preparing lease agreements

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Registration (essential).
• Previous real estate experience.
• Australian driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organisational abilities and time management.
• Outstanding telephone manner and focus on meticulous detail.
• Immaculate presentation.
