What this job involves:

We’re currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Assistant Building Managers. In this role, you will work onsite across a dedicated portfolio and be apart of the RESIpm team where you are provided with training and mentoring to grow your career.

Assistant Building Manager

• Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation
• Assist with Building Management Reports
• Assist with ensuring that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
• Assist with ensuring there is open and ongoing communication with all stakeholders of the property
