Core Talent are currently working with a leading Tier 2 Electrical contractor who are now expanding their team and are seeking an experienced/senior Electrical Estimator to lead their team.
As Estimator, you will play a critical role in the preparation and evaluation of detailed cost estimates for our projects. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of project scopes, budgets, and timelines, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a proven track record in estimating small to large-scale projects.
Sectors include: Commercial, Aged Care, Government, Educational and Industrial.
Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end tendering process for electrical projects.
- Analyse work methods and explore innovative construction techniques.
- Research material, plant, and labour costs to deliver competitive pricing.
- Prepare detailed and accurate tender documentation for project handover.
- Monitor market trends to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to develop winning strategies and programs.
